Your Key Responsibilities
Based in our Aarhus or Copenhagen office, you will join our People & Development team where you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring a seamless employee experience and contributing to our HR processes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Responsible for preboarding, onboarding, reboarding, and offboarding processes for global team members.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain and improve P&D policies, templates, and processes in our People & Development management system (Emply).
- Employee Engagement & Development: Provide administrative support on key HR initiatives such as performance dialogues, engagement surveys, and salary adjustments.
- Administrative & Ad-hoc HR Support: Manage our recruitment and P&D mail inbox, respond to inquiries, and handle various HR-related administrative tasks.
As a Student Assistant, we expect that you can work approximately 20 hours a week with flexibility for your studies.
Proactive Student with Resilient Interpersonal Skills
Ideally, you are studying a BSc. within a related area with the ambition to have a career within Business Administration/Human Resources. It is a prerequisite that you are a skilled user of Microsoft Office and can communicate fluently in English, orally, and in writing.
As a person, you are hands-on and have a proactive attitude. You take ownership, work diligently with your assignments and thrive in an informal setting, keeping your attention focused on matters at hand, while never compromising on quality. To succeed in the role, you need to have strong interpersonal skills as you will have many interfaces, with different seniorities within PEAK Wind. Most importantly you are looking to join a dedicated team with a passion for People & Development.
