What we are looking for
Are you in the later stages of your education, do you have strong business analytical skills and a passion for driving efficiency and collaboration? Do you want to make a difference for patients? If so, we invite you to join us! We are seeking a Business Insights Student to become part of our Nordic Business Intelligence team in 2025.
Position Overview:
As a BI Student, you will assist with the largest portfolio in J&J Nordics. You will collaborate closely with the Nordic BI Analyst and local Business Leads to execute regular BI tasks; such as Patient forecasting, and sales/data analysis and Insights gathering / presentations within the disease area while also engaging with the entire Nordic BI Team on both routine and ad-hoc analytical assignments.
The BI Student will also be part of a group of fellow student workers from various departments within J&J Denmark.
The position requires approximately 10-15 hours of work per week. The exact working schedule will be defined based on your specific needs to fit your university timetable. The role is based in Copenhagen, Nordhavn, Denmark, with the option to work from home part of the time.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must actively pursue or hold a Bachelor, MBA, or Master’s Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Medicine, or a similar field.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Denmark.

- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Capable of simplifying complex routines and processes.
