V.I.E Event Coordinator

Nord Pool, as part of Euronext, is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Nord Pool Academy team as an International Graduate (V.I.E). To support its expansion, Nord Pool is looking for a V.I.E Event Coordinator to join the team from May or June 2025, for a period of 12 months in Oslo. You will report to the Senior Product & Development Manager.

Job Description
Coordination and Support for Courses and Seminars

• Plan and implement courses, seminars, and tailor-made client training by coordinating across teams.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and assist in managing courses and training material.
• Assist with practical arrangements, venue coordination, and vendor personnel to ensure successful events
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing client invoices and project budgets.

Communication and Customer Service

• Assist with communication related to Academy projects.
• Update website information, manage portal material for online courses, assist with participant registration, and handle course-related information and evaluations.
• Ensure good customer service by providing timely responses to customer requests (emails, calls, etc.).

Course and Training Material Preparation

• Work closely with senior experts to support Academy courses and training material preparation.
• Assist in finalizing training material (presentations, documentation, etc.) to meet quality standards for content and appearance.

• Support in marketing efforts for courses/seminars and custom training.
• Assist in preparing business proposals for courses and dedicated training sessions.

Beyond managing courses and following existing processes, this role offers the opportunity to drive innovation by identifying ways to automate and scale the business, enhancing efficiency and impact.

Profile

• A bachelor’s degree in business/economics
• First successful internship or work experience
• Fluent in English
• Command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in creating reports and presentations
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Proactive and adaptable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with an interest in the energy sector and a willingness to learn
