About the role:
As our fall intern in our Employer Branding team, you will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent, committed to solving the world's water and climate challenges. You will be part of an inclusive, global team responsible for setting the strategic direction for our global approach while driving local employer branding activities. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a diverse environment with colleagues from our global Talent Acquisition Team across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

To unleash your potential, you’ll be:
• Creating engaging content for digital communication and social media platforms, including employee stories and videos. Focus will be on Denmark but supporting our global ambassadors on knowledge and expertise.
• Networking with internal and external stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs.
• Planning and executing events such as career fairs, case competitions, and various attraction activities to raise awareness of Grundfos as an employer of choice.
• Building new initiatives within employer branding and practicing your project management, stakeholder, and communication skills.
• Supporting our student collaboration processes and assisting various stakeholders within the organization. Drive our internal student community with engagement activities.
• Supporting and driving various ad hoc activities on employer branding and recruitment.

What it takes to join our team:
• You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in communication, Marketing, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• You have excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
• You are proactive, independent, and eager to develop your skills in talent attraction and employer branding.
• You can build relationships and collaborate across various fields, as you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• As a person you are outgoing, team-oriented, and have a can do-attitude.
• It would be a bonus, if you have experience with organizing events, social media communication, and a flair for layout design.
