Your responsibilities as student assistant in Global HR Legal team
As our new Student Assistant, you will support the Global HR Legal team app. 15 hours per week. The Global HR Legal team monitors HR Legal compliance in a global context and provides best practice guides and policies to the organisation. As our new Student Assistant, you will be reporting to the Head of Global HR Legal, Kristine Friis Nolsø, and will be working in a global setting with colleagues and stakeholders across the global Ramboll organisation. You can expect an inclusive work environment that permits you to work with a high degree of independence as well as an open learning environment with a key focus on truly delivering as a team
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting in drafting employment contractual documents
- Performing legal research and follow development of employment law requirements in a global context
- Supporting with global HR data privacy compliance tasks
- Drafting and updating of HR policies and guides
- Assisting the global team as required related to global incentive programs and HR legal aspects of global projects
