About the Job
As a Student Assistant in eCommerce, you’ll support our team in optimizing digital tools and enhancing the customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of webshop templates for our distributors.
- Conducting data review and clean-up prior to webshop launches.
- Supporting customer success management, ensuring a smooth digital experience.
- Analyzing customer behavior on our platforms and initiating improvement actions.
- Reviewing and tracking business intelligence and KPIs to drive insights.
We are looking for a candidate who can join our team starting on June 1st, 2025. We offer flexible working hours, with most of your work taking place at our Kolding office. On average, you can expect to work 10-15 hours per week, depending on your academic schedule, including exams and study reports.
What You Know
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, Data Science, IT, eCommerce, or a related field.
- You have experience with Excel and PowerBI and a good understanding of CMS systems (preferably Shopify) and know how to optimize for SEO.
- You communicate fluently in English and work well in teams.
Bonus Experience:
- Familiarity with CMS (preferably Shopify)
- Strong skills in Excel
- Experience with PowerBI.
