About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented student worker to join our ERP team at Alfa Laval. As part of our efforts to implement the D365 ERP system, you will play a key role in assisting with training records, documentation, and system content for our global operations. You will help ensure that all materials are aligned with our internal standards, compliant with regulations, and easily accessible for all stakeholders.
Your main tasks will include:
- Transcribing existing training records.
- Creating and editing web pages.
- Editing and updating training materials.
- Mapping global documentation formats to local formats.
- Transferring documentation from global to local workspaces.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders across various departments to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and alignment with ERP standards.
Who Are You?
You are an enthusiastic team player who is eager to learn and contribute to our ERP implementation journey. You are highly organized and can grasp new tasks quickly, ensuring they are completed accurately and efficiently. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to interact confidently in English with stakeholders across the organization.
What You Know
- You are comfortable using IT tools and systems, including the full Office suite.
- Previous knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage.
- You have an eye for detail and are capable of ensuring quality control and compliance.
- Experience with documentation, or a willingness to learn about technical documentation, is beneficial.
- A background or interest in engineering, project management, or ERP systems is a plus.
