More about the role
This student worker position in the Nordic Order Management team at Signify in Ørestad, Copenhagen offers an exciting opportunity for you to make a difference. Proficiency in English, with additional fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish, is essential. While knowledge of SAP is not required, it is preferred.

What you’ll do

• Manage the daily order-to-delivery process for the project and trade business ​ and utilize SAP reports daily and maintain a weekly orderbook tracker overview
• Support complex project orders by creating templates and organizing proof of deliveries
• Support with processing returns and arranging transportation
• Generate backlog reports and provide comments
• Issue credit notes
• Assist with purchase orders for third-party vendors

More about you

• Proficient in SAP and C4C
• Fluent in English and proficient in one of the following languages: Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks during busy periods
• Excellent communication skills with colleagues and customers, displaying a friendly and service-oriented attitude
• Strong team player who balances individual needs with the team's goals
