We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team at KMD and looking for a Student Assistant to join us. As part of People & Culture, our team spans Denmark and Poland, playing a crucial role in shaping KMD’s future. By attracting and hiring the right talent, we directly contribute to the company’s strategy and long-term success.

Our team is located in both Denmark & Poland and you will work from Ballerup. We all work to support the common goal which is to attract and hire the best candidates for KMD group.

About the job

Join our Talent Acquisition team in Denmark and Poland, where we work together to attract and hire the best candidates for KMD Group. As a Student Assistant, you will actively contribute to our daily recruitment processes, gaining hands-on experience across a range of HR tasks.

Your responsibilities will include a mix of independent assignments and ad-hoc support for Recruitment Partners, such as:

• Writing and publishing job advertisements

• Candidate sourcing and screening

• Scheduling interviews

• Conducting reference checks

• Providing administrative support

• Participating in various recruitment projects based on your skills and interests.

This role is ideal for students considering a career in HR, as it offers valuable insights into recruitment strategies, processes, and the dynamic environment of a large organization.

About You

• You are studying for a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and eager to learn about HR and recruitment.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills in both Danish and English.

• You enjoy working with various stakeholders and have a service-minded approach.

• You are comfortable using IT tools or are quick to learn new systems. We work with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office, and will provide thorough training on our tools and processes.

• Work Approx. 15 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
