Do you like data? Are you structured in the way you approach tasks? Do you like to help your colleagues and conduct training sessions? Then maybe you are our new Product data system supporter at Nobia.
Nobia is working on a larger project, gathering our master data into one system (named: STEP) and at the same time securing workflows, ways of working, quality and governance. We need a new colleague that has a passion for data and wants to secure that the business has the utmost possibility to work in the best way with the systems.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Work with collecting and compiling data from different sources and stakeholders
- Conduct training for our business users
- Secure manuals and demos are up to date
- Support in testing developments in the Master Data system
- Govern roles and responsibilities in the system
- Work with minor technical fixes in the back end of the Master Data System
Structured, detail oriented and a passion for training
It is important that you can work structured and have a detailed approach to your tasks. We expect that you are self driven. As you will have some responsibility for training our users in our Master Data system, you need to be fluent in English both in writing and speaking. You should be good at communicating and explaining ways of working and be able to put yourself in the trainees position.

- Have a flair for data and data patterns – and can see when data is wrong
- Is proactive, takes initiative and is not afraid to ask one more time
- Take pride in high data quality, but don’t allow perfection to stop progress
- Are interested in working behind the scenes of the system, understanding the technical aspect of things
- Thrive in a changeable environment and is interested in learning new things
- Loves testing new developments that will improve our system
- Can easily understand processes, workflows including many roles and rules
