The Unifeeder Graduate Program is designed to prepare you for a dynamic and global career.

During the two-year program, you will rotate across our local sites in Europe, with the opportunity to visit our new site in Panama. Your experience will include a rotation at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.

As our graduate, you will gain international exposure and acquire the tools necessary to make a real impact in the industry. Upon completion, you will be equipped with specialized expertise and a deep understanding of key business areas, depending on your chosen specialization.

You can choose from these three tracks:

Shipping & Logistics

• Engaging in planning and decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to ensure optimal cargo transportation solutions.
• Executing operations in a global shipping network, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of cargo.
• Developing procurement strategies that enhance quality and drive cost savings.

Finance & Business Development

• Participating in the implementation of standardized processes within Unifeeder, follow-up on data, and working with analyzes, budgets, forecasts, business plans and business cases.
• Developing your task portfolio to include the entire Business Partnering cycle, driving process change, communicating and sparring with stakeholders, and creating analyses to push performance management.

IT & Project Management

• Innovating IT solutions that support the ever-evolving needs of the logistics industry.
• Enhancing global business processes to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.

Who are you?

We expect that you:

• Have recently graduated (or will graduate by Summer 2025) with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Transport & Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Shipping & Trade, Finance & Accounting, Information Technology Management, International Business, or a related field.
• Possess fluent English communication skills (business proficiency level).
• Are open to living and working internationally.
• Preferably have some international experience outside your home country (work, study, or project abroad).
• Open to pursuing an international career.
