About the job
As a Student Assistant in the People & Culture Transformation office, you will work closely with and support the Vice President of People & Culture Transformation. You will be a part of the People & Culture team and join a diverse group of students within the department. Your primary tasks will include:
- Strategy Execution: Supporting the execution and continuous refinement of the People and Culture Strategy to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Project and Portfolio Management: Supporting project management and tracking across four transformation streams:
1. Organization: Enhancing organizational agility.
2. Systems, Tools, Policies and Processes: Streamlining, aligning and optimizing systems and processes.
3. Talent & Capabilities: Developing future-oriented skills and capabilities.
4. Culture: Building a defined culture and value proposition.
- Preparation of Material for Senior Leadership and Key Stakeholders: Supporting the development of various material for senior management as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting & Communication: Assisting in tracking development of defined KPIs and ensuring timely communication to the right stakeholders.
- Ways of Working and Administrative Support: Ensuring effective ways of working through preparation of meeting agendas and pre-read as well as follow up. This also include administrative support to set up meeting structures, invites and other ad hoc tasks.
The student position is a part time role (approx. 15-20 hours per week) and based at our office in Sydhavnen, Copenhagen. Flexibility is offered to accommodate your study schedule.

About you
We are looking for candidates who are engaged, curious, and interested in contributing to our exciting transformational agenda. We imagine that you possess a collaborative mindset, have an ability to organize your own tasks and move things forward, and exhibit good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
In addition, we imagine that you:
- Are currently on the 3rd year of a relevant bachelor’s degree or at the beginning of a relevant master’s degree in fields such as Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
- Have a keen attention to details and analytical skills.
- Have a structured approach and good administrative skills.
- Have proficient English language skills, both verbal and written, as all presentation material are developed in English. Proficiency in Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel tools with good design, visualization and communication skills.
