MAN Energy Solutions offers a tailor-made Graduate Program with the duration of 15 months starting October 1st 2025. You will take responsibility for your own projects and you will be offered opportunities to expand your horizon through off-the-job trainings, mentoring and networking events . Furthermore, you will be able to gain intercultural experience at one of our world-wide locations.
You will play an important role in:
- Assignments in different departments of the 2-stroke engineering department
- Interdisciplinary projects within engineering, looking across the product life-time
- Work across Engineering and R&D supporting knowledge sharing between departments
- Possibility of International assignment at one of our locations abroad
- Collaboration with customers, vendors, classification societies and other external stakeholders
- Building your personal network within the company and becoming an active networker
We imagine that you have:
- Above-average university in the field of mechanical engineering / industrial engineering (Master)
- Relevant practical experience in how to work with projects, e.g. through relevant work over several months, student traineeships.
- A keen interest in product quality, product safety, risk management and/or product compliance
- Knowledge about data analytics, digitalization, AI and data sciences is a plus
- Strong ambition and a proactive attitude towards personal and professional development.
- A natural networker with strong interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge of diesel engines is an advantages, but not a requirement
- Competent knowledge of the common MS-Office programs
- Very good English Skills (further languages welcome)
- At least 4-month stay abroad, e.g. during studies
- Exceptional commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- You have very good communication and cooperative skills
- You are open to foreign cultures, regionally mobile and flexible with respect to your job
Welcome to Engine Lifecycle Management You will be part of the Engine Lifecycle Management department team, where responsibilities include lifecycle processes and quality, safety & compliance of engines and engine components. We are approximately 45 people with individual competences in different areas and a common desire to take our products to the next level. We offer comprehensive support both across departments and within our own. You will join a team with a good mixture of experience, new ideas, theoretical and practical background. There is a relaxed and open atmosphere in the department.
