As a Graduate at Nature Energy, you are part of a two-year program with rotations in three core business areas in the Nature Energy Group. You will contribute to a green future with Biogas as a market leader who is a pivotal for the green transition.

We are looking for Graduates to start in September 2025.

How the Program works
In our Emerging Talent Program (formerly referred to as Graduate Program) you are offered a career journey through personal and professional development in a high-growth company with an international perspective and a promising future. During the program, you will gain a deep understanding of our company, our business, and our company values.

You will be trusted with great responsibility, and you will be included in national and international projects within all three business areas in your graduate program. You will be part of a 3 x 8-month rotation in each of the following business areas:

Business Development: where you gain an understanding of the entire process of a Business Development project and an understanding of how the different stakeholders and partners collaborate to realize a project.

Trading and Certificates: Where you gain a deep and detailed knowledge of sustainability requirements in various sectors, and across the production and consumption chain. You get a better understanding of the complexity of systems and international regulations, and will be involved in ensuring data quality, process, improvements across the entire organization.

Procurement: where you will be involved in analytical tasks, e.g., market screening for new biomasses or biomass potential for new locations/countries for biogas plants. You will also gain knowledge on negotiation and execution of contracts.

You will be a part of Nature Energy’s headquarter in Odense. In every department you can expect an open and inclusive work environment where you will be cooperating with the most dedicated specialists in the biogas industry.

What are we looking for? The future of Nature Energy
You are about to graduate or have a recent master’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing or similar. In addition, it is essential for your success in this role that you:

• Are passionate about the green transition
• Are a team player, with great social skills
• Have an international mindset and is willing to learn
• Have a strong analytics mindset
• Have great communication skills in English (and maybe Danish)

You are ready to take responsibility and willing to invest in your career. You are visionary and creative thinking and ready to go against the norm to develop new perceptions, methods, or solutions.
