What You’ll Do:
You’ll join a team dedicated to ensuring all 100,000+ Maersk employees understand our standards for responsible business conduct. You’ll focus on making topics like our Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption, Competition Law, Data Privacy, and Sanctions & Export Controls accessible and engaging.
Your Role:
As a creative storyteller with a knack for simplifying complicated topics, you’ll help us communicate effectively across cultures. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, contribute fresh ideas, and deliver meaningful content that makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft Compelling Stories: Write engaging stories and posts for our internal communication channels.
- Lead the Newsletter: Manage and enhance our quarterly compliance newsletter.
- Drive Campaigns: Support innovative communication campaigns that create real impact
- Measure Success: Track and analyze the effectiveness of compliance communications.
- Create Training Materials: Develop storyboards and assist in designing engaging training materials
- Plan and Organize: Coordinate workshops, events, and conferences.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Provide exceptional cross-functional support and management.
What We’re Looking For:

- Skilled at crafting clear, appealing, and attractive messages.
- Ability to balance creative projects with operational tasks.
- Service-minded, detail-oriented, and proactive with a hands-on approach.
- A positive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Thrives in international environments and diverse teams.
- Exceptional English writing skills.

Who can apply ?
You must be studying in one of the Danish universities that allows ECTS credits.
