Job Description
We are looking for a student worker to join the Total Rewards Experience team. We are a fun and passionate team working on ensuring equal opportunities in remuneration for all our colleagues globally - based on our Reward framework.
Core Responsibilities
- Help with collection and submission of our global salary data
- Support on various data analyses, data interpretation and visualisation using PowerPoint
- Help maintain salary structures for all job markets we operate in
- Support with SharePoint updates of our Global Job Catalogue
- Ad hoc tasks and projects depending on your interests and skills
- Engage in team meetings and organizational dialogues as learning opportunities to increase your competences and capabilities

As a student worker you will join the Total Rewards Experience (TREX) team being a part of our HR-organisation. Rewards is a global, diverse team consisting of 10+ dedicated colleagues working daily with compensation, benefits, bonus programs with the purpose of ensuring equal opportunities in remuneration for all colleagues of the LEGO Group.
In this role, you will work closely together with our Reward professionals and other internal stakeholders at the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. Further you:
- Are enrolled student in an HR, Business, Economics, Administration and/or related field
- Are able to analyse, identify trends within the data and present it in an easy-to-understand format.
- Are able to work mostly independently with the data sources to produce the relevant outputs.
- Are curious by nature and eager to learn more.
- Find energy working with data and have an eye for details
- Familiarity with Excel
- Have experience with Power BI is a plus but not necessary
- Are able to work around 15 hours per week with a minimum of 1 day in our office in Billund.
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken) required.
