Your role
As a Business Change Assistant, you’ll be right in the action, supporting our teams in implementing innovative T-related changes. You’ll help make daily operations smoother, improve business processes, and connect with our operational teams. If this sounds like you, get ready to:

• Dive into gathering and documenting user requirements for IT projects.
• Get hands-on with basic troubleshooting of IT-related issues, including FMS and GPS solutions.
• Help translate operational needs into smart IT solutions.
• Analyze our internal processes and discover opportunities for improvement.
• Support the management of our internal systems and their configurations.
• Organize fun internal training sessions on system updates and new IT developments.

Who are we looking for?

• Is pursuing a degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Has a keen interest in IT systems, business change, and data analysis.
