How you will make an impact
In this position as Student Assistant, you will build strong relationships with internal, cross-functional teams across Arla Foods. This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will primarily assist the Brand Managers for our Cheasy and Yoggi brands. As a Student Assistant you will work and support on a range of different tasks and projects:

• Marketing communication tasks:
  • Developing and maintaining a full overview of marketing assets
  • Owning as well as supporting selected website/content development projects
  • Support and ensure the delivery of designs and photos for new product development and design changes
  • Work with our agency to implement updates on both consumer facing and internal platforms

• NPD tasks:
  • Analyze market data and derive consumer insights
  • Support in product launches with presentations, business cases and general project management

• Internal events and daily tasks:
  • Initiate and run internal PR/event activities
  • Ad hoc tasks

We are looking for a Student Assistant who engage tasks with an open positive mindset, enthusiasm and energy. You are curious and ready to work in a sometimes high-paced environment where the agenda might look different every day. Work independently while collaborating with colleagues as needed, being a proactive and self-driven team player.

Functional and personal competences:

• Project management – able to understand needed deliverables, build structured plans and guide themselves as well as other stakeholders through to the end
• Attention to detail – able to ensure high quality and accuracy of “customer-facing” work
• Can-do attitude and flexibility – ready to change gears or help the team where it is needed and want to go the extra mile
• Analytical skills and a data driven approach

• A learning mindset, and enjoy both routine- and ad hoc tasks –

Other requirements:

• Fluent in Danish and English (verbal and written)
• Interested in keeping the role for 1.5+ years
• Able to work for 10-15 hours per week
• Able to work on-site at the Arla Denmark office in Viby
