Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales & Business Development Associate to join LifeBonder’s mission-driven team. In this role, you will support the creation and execution of our early revenue strategies and user growth plans, working closely with the marketing team and our community of ambassadors. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment and help shape the commercial foundation of a socially impactful app.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the development of early revenue streams for the company.
- Create and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the marketing team and early ambassadors.
- Design and implement user growth strategies to promote the free version of our app to a wide audience.
- Conduct market research to uncover opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze customer needs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Leverage early ambassadors to maximize outreach and exposure.
- Engage with users to understand their needs, improve satisfaction, and drive user retention.
- Develop clear and goal-oriented sales plans.
- Monitor key sales metrics and adjust plans based on results.
- Report on performance and provide strategic insights to the management team.
- Train and guide ambassadors or junior sales team members when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience or strong interest in sales and strategy development.
- Previous involvement in a startup or tech environment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish is a bonus).
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and multicultural team.
- Great analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
- Comfortably using digital tools for planning, outreach, and reporting.
