Student Worker, Financial Planning & Analysis

Are you eager to apply your analytical mindset and business understanding in a real-world setting? Would you like to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis while working in a global SaaS company? We’re looking for two Student Workers to join our FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team and play a key role in turning data into insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.

Please note that you must be enrolled in a Danish educational institution to be eligible for this position. The positions are aiming for 10 to 15 hours a week. We expect a start date of January or February 2026.

Join our FP&A team
You’ll be part of the FP&A organization at Stibo Systems, based in Aarhus, working alongside experienced professionals who support our global offices. The FP&A team partners closely with business leaders across regions and functions to deliver insights that help shape our strategic direction.

We’re looking for two student workers to join the team — one will focus on supporting our Global Sales organization, the other will support our Global Engineering organization.

When joining us, you will:

• Support the FP&A team with monthly reporting and analysis activities.
• Assist in preparing management reports, forecasts, and presentations.
• Help maintain and improve dashboards and financial models.
• Contribute to data validation and quality assurance across financial systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Finance, Operations, and Business Units.

• Support with day-to-day finance operations and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth financial workflows.
• Help maintain data quality and accuracy in our financial systems.

We are looking for someone who
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in finance and business.

You are:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Analytical and structured, with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint — experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) or financial systems is a plus, but not a requirement.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
