We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Automation Assistant to join our global marketing team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other leading marketing technologies while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative, data-driven environment.
What you’ll do
- Assist with building and scheduling email campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Help with audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization
- Support testing and deployment of campaigns
- Maintain campaign assets and help troubleshoot basic automation workflows
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales colleagues to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Contribute to campaign reporting and learn how to optimize performance
What you bring
- Some experience or strong interest in marketing automation or email marketing
- A curious, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new tools (especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Interest in how data and automation help engage customers and generate leads
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Basic knowledge of one or more coding languages such as HTML, CSS, or SQL.

Working under the Global Marketing umbrella, Digital Marketing is a department of about 40 experienced professionals across Denmark and Poland. In close collaboration with brands, sales and creative teams, we define and facilitate digital marketing for our three global hearing aid brands: Oticon, Philips and Bernafon.
