Student Assistant – Strategy & Performance (Lean/Continuous Improvements)

As a student assistant in the strategy & performance department at Everllence, you will join a dynamic team supporting production and warehouse on an operational and strategic level. You will play an important role in:
As a new student assistant in the Strategy & Performance team, you will support improvements across our production and logistics facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Contribute to drive Lean & Continuous Improvement initiatives across the organization
• Performing data collection, modelling, and analysis to identify efficiency and performance gaps on all levels
• Visualizing improvement potential using Power BI, Excel or similar tools
• Developing and implementing standards and processes in partnership with the organization
• Supporting the team with ongoing optimization activities and practical shop floor tasks
• Driving your own minor projects once familiar with our systems and culture

We imagine that you:

• Are a Bachelor’s or Master's student in a relevant education for this job, and still have some time left in your studies
• Have a curious and learning-oriented mindset, as success in this job will depend on your ability to gain understanding of processes and create good relations with stakeholders
• Have a strong interest in Lean principles, operations management, and performance improvement.
• Understand how to analyze and visualize data to support decision-making, through the usage of Excel, Power BI and other tools.
• Are proactive and eager to translate theory into practical improvements, thrive in a collaborative environment, and enjoy solving hands-on challenges on the shop floor.
