Job Description
We’re looking for an SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team, where you’ll play a key role in increasing our online visibility and driving qualified traffic through organic search.

This is a content-driven, strategic role, working closely with our content creators, campaign managers, and brand leads to review and analyze our sites and social media accounts for areas that can be improved and optimized.

A big part of this role will focus on building our site authority through link-building and off-page SEO strategies, complementing our content and on-page efforts.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing our sites for areas that can be improved and optimized.
• Identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic.
• Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors.
• Filling websites and other content with effective keywords.
• Developing and executing link-building strategies to strengthen our domain authority.
• Conducting outreach for backlinks through guest posts, partnerships, and digital PR.
• Performing backlink audits and monitoring link profile health.
• Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
• Keeping updated on both white-hat and black-hat SEO strategies to ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.
• Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines and performance updates

Skills and Expectations

• Prior experience in content marketing, content growth, and SEO
• Working knowledge of search engine optimization practices
• Strong understanding of link-building tactics and off-page SEO strategies
  
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
