About the role
We are looking for student assistants who can work full-time in Kalundborg. Employment is in December 2025 or January 2026. We imagine that you have completed STX or HHX and are looking for a job until summer 2026 at the earliest.
As a student assistant you will join our team of 10 passionate student assistants in our Project Assistance department. As a team, we are working on assisting with all our projects in NNE.
Why do we need you? Our goal is to deliver excellent support to all the projects participants so they can focus on their core business. Your role will be key in supporting your colleagues in delivering the best possible assistance for project participants ranging from administrative support to office assistance and meeting and event management. Your working days will be busy while also fun and exciting.

How you might spend your days
As a student assistant you’ll be:
- Preparing for meetings; incl. sending out calendar invitations, order catering, preparing material and organise the rooms
- Handling practical tasks in connection with workshops, seminars and other events
- Assisting with organizing documents, both manually and electronically, as well as handling copying, printing, and other administrative updates
- Coordinating company and customer presents
- Assisting colleagues in setting up and moving into new offices, and other various ad hoc tasks

What you bring to the role

- You communicate clearly in Danish and English, both in writing and verbally
- You are comfortable using MS Office and open to learning new digital tools
- Having a driver’s license is an advantage as you need to travel between sites
