The Project: Connecting Sales and Post-Sales Excellence
In this internship, you’ll dive deep into the heart of HP’s Sales and Post-Sales ecosystem, helping build stronger bridges between the two. You’ll explore how collaboration, data, and innovation can enhance customer experience and fuel business growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Explore and Learn:
- Discover how HP’s Sales and Post-Sales teams work together to create seamless customer experiences.
- Familiarize yourself with HP’s Sales CRM and performance tools to identify ways they can enhance Post-Sales account management.
Integrate and Collaborate:
- Be a voice for integration — help communicate the benefits of stronger connections between Sales and Post-Sales teams.
- Share insights and propose ways to streamline communication and strategy alignment.
Plan and Contribute:
- Analyze business reviews and action plans across multiple markets to identify best practices.
- Support the creation of presentations and recommendations that highlight measurable results and new opportunities for collaboration.
- Suggest ways to strengthen HP’s business planning processes through data-driven insights and fresh perspectives.
Track and Communicate Progress:
- Collaborate with internal development and analytics teams to enhance tracking tools.
- Ensuring progress and impact are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
This project offers a unique opportunity to understand how innovation in process and collaboration can transform business outcomes.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive student eager to explore how technology and teamwork drive success in a global organization.
Preferred Background:
- Studying Business Administration, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and open to learning new digital tools quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative, adaptable team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with solid time management skills.
- Passionate about business growth, technology, and transformation initiatives.
