Student Assistant

We invite you to join the Country Leadership Team for Ramboll Denmark as our new Student Assistant, where you will be assigned to tasks and projects within our Clients & Sales and Business Operations functions in Denmark. To qualify for this role, you must have dedicated motivation to work and perform in a top management environment within professional services.
Your role
As our new Student Assistant in the Danish Country Leadership team, you will be part of our team of 8 managers and employees, all located at the Ramboll Head Office in Copenhagen. The Country Leadership Team is headed by the Managing Director for Ramboll Denmark, who is also part of Ramboll Group leadership team.
You will also be working together with our Account Managers, Market Directors and Directors of our 7 business areas and other employees working with clients & sales and business operations across the Danish organization and also our Group corporate functions. We imagine that you on average work approximately 10-20 hours a week, but it will vary depending on the tasks at hand with us, also making room for your studies and exams.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Analytical and administrative support for Key Account Management teams, Regional Market boards and the Danish Country Leadership Team.
- Lead and facilitate Ramboll Client Loyalty Survey process in Denmark.
- Update and maintain client data and structures in our global CRM system including implementation of new features and processes.
- Competitor and industry analysis.
- Internal and external KPI reporting & business intelligence.
- Ad hoc assistance on strategy and business plan follow-up, reporting and status.
About you

- You are studying within business and/or economics and have passed the first two years of your bachelor's degree.
- You are comfortable working and communicating independently with a broad range of stakeholders across the organisation.
- You have a natural flair for working with business intelligence and data analysis within markets, clients and sales.
- Experienced in working with MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint) and preferably also with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft PowerBl and Deltek/ Maconomy ERP.
- Professional English communication skills both verbally and written – Danish is considered an advantage.
Personal qualifications that will enable you to succeed and perform is that you can work independently, being open minded and seeking collaboration and knowledge sharing with colleagues and stakeholders from senior leaders and down to all other levels in the organization. You must be well structured and systematic with a sense for the important details, while at the same being able to manage a diverse portfolio of tasks. You possess a strong motivation for working in a senior leadership team environment in a global private company within professional services.
