About the role
We are currently looking for a motivated and creative Student Assistant to join our IT Delivery & Projects team in Global IT working with communication & AI adoption at NNE. You will join a small and international team dedicated to making AI a natural part of our work life, and you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the field.
Therefore, this role is perfect for you, if you are a student who is passionate about communication and eager to get hands-on experience with driving digital transformation.
You will work around 15-20 hours per week in our office in Virum, supporting internal initiatives that promote AI adoption across NNE and managing communication activities tasks for Global IT beyond AI. Your tasks will include creating engaging content (written and visual), assisting with workshops and events, and helping communicate updates about new AI features.

How you might spend your days
As a Student Assistant, you’ll be:
- Support communication and change management through emails, newsletters, intranet posts, and workshops
- Track and summarize new Copilot releases, test and evaluate features and agents, and create content for publication
- Maintain and update our internal AI knowledge platform
- Facilitate or co-host user training sessions and design engaging training materials
- Brainstorm and help drive creative adoption campaigns
- Handle ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed

- Interested in generative AI and digital solutions (familiarity with M365 Copilot is a plus)
- Strong visual design sense (experience with Figma or UI/UX tools is an advantage)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
What you bring to the role

- Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (IT, business, communication, or related field) with at least one year remaining
- Experience with Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience is a plus
- Alternative relevant experience is also welcome
