Description
We are looking for a passionate Student Assistant to support our Digital, Design & Branding (DDB) department. DDB is responsible for the digital and visual representation of the Novo Nordisk Foundation, Novo Holdings and their affiliated projects and companies. We work closely with stakeholders across both organisations, supporting areas ranging from the Foundation’s philanthropic activities to Holdings’ investment portfolio.
The Job
As Student Assistant, you will provide general support to the DDB department. Your tasks will include:
- Promoting content on our SoMe channels (LinkedIn, Facebook and X) for Novo Nordisk Foundation, Novo Holdings and Sciencenews
- Maintaining content via CMS systems across various websites
- Monthly and quarterly reporting on website & social media activities.
- Coordinating and executing on projects in collaboration with the DDB department and the wider Corporate Affairs area.
- Posting internal updates on our employee platforms
- Varying other tasks
You will work closely with colleagues across Corporate Affairs.
The workplace is in Hellerup. Working hours are approximately 12–20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your studies.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree within relevant fields of Digital Communication, Communication, Business Administration or similar
- Fluent in Danish & English, written and spoken
- Experienced with CMS systems and confident working with digital systems
- Skilled in MS Office package
