Job Description
Are you ready to support administrative EHS tasks at the LEGO Group?
Bring your skills to the table and help support Global EHS at the LEGO Group through effective administrative tasks

Core Responsibilities

  • Support administrative and communication tasks for Global EHS
  • Support updating our Global EHS Handbook (online)
  • Various administrative tasks, such as coordinating EHS onboarding for new employees and following up on time tracking
  • Create visually engaging communication
  • Maintain and update internal platforms to ensure information remains relevant

The purpose of the Global EHS department (31 employees) is to set direction and ambition regarding Health & Safety in the LEGO Group and drive globalization and standardization of best practices across the LEGO Group striving towards zero accidents. The Global EHS department acts as a center of excellence and supports the organization on several specialist areas within Health & Safety.

This student worker position offers a great opportunity to be part of a team that focuses on employee health and safety. You will gain exposure to different areas of the organization and collaborate with colleagues from various backgrounds. The global environment is both engaging and challenging, providing a chance to learn and contribute in a dynamic setting.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 2-3 years remaining in a relevant field such as administration, communication, or related studies at a university or business school.
  • Positive mindset, good sense of humor, and an accommodating personality.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex and detailed information in a clear and visually engaging manner.
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
  • Ability to combine and reuse knowledge to generate new ideas.
  • Takes initiative and acts on opportunities independently.
  • Available to work up to 15 hours per week (including one day from our headquarters in Billund).
  • Well-organized and thrives in multi-tasking environments.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office, e.g. PowerPoint and Word.
  • Global stakeholder management.
  • Creative skills.
  • Good team spirit.
