YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As a RTW Production intern, you will work closely with our Production Managers and our Production Quality Engineers, contributing to the garment cycle from SMS stage to final product launch. This role is for a period of 3-6 months and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic, collaborative, and highly creative environment. As part of the internship you will be supporting the sourcing & production RTW team with garment construction, fittings, and sizing. You will assist in preparing samples ahead of fittings and presentations, take accurate measurements, and perform garment checks to ensure adherence to size specifications and technical standards.
You will collaborate closely with pattern makers to update and maintain tech packs and technical sketches, and participate in fittings by providing feedback on fit, construction, and material performance. In addition, you will help review samples for technical accuracy, support production tracking, and maintain an organized overview of incoming samples, fabrics, and internal documentation. You will also support with various administrative tasks and help prepare samples for internal and external presentations, collection reviews, and quality checks.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS
To thrive in this role, you should have a relevant background, a strong interest in Garment Technology, and a structured, proactive approach to work.
- You are currently a student enrolled in a Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or related student program.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, sizing, and fit.
- Strong attention to detail, proactive, and eager to learn about technical garment development.
- Highly organized, with excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Proficient in English.

You will be working out of our unique GANNI house, located in the beautiful City Center of Copenhagen on top of the Bremerholm flagship store. We offer complimentary breakfast and lunch at our in-house GANNI kitchen, where our passionate chef prepares healthy and sustainable meals every day. Working hours are from 9:00–17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break, and we offer an early finish on Fridays.
