Communication Student Assistant
EG A/S
Do you want hands-on experience with corporate communication in a Nordic software company?
Then you might be the new student assistant we’re looking for in Ballerup!
We are a small team with a big impact. Corporate Communications drives EG’s storytelling across internal and external channels — from media relations and press coordination to internal communication, social media strategy and executive communication. We work closely with business units across the Nordics to ensure a clear, consistent and professional narrative that supports EG’s strategic priorities.
Your Role: Bring creativity, new ideas and structure to our communication team
We are looking for a strong digital writer and SoMe expert who can support both content production and practical coordination tasks that keep our communication team running smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create and publish content for social media.
- Write news and short website content for egsoftware.com.
- Support monthly social media reporting and content planning.
- Update and maintain intranet pages and internal communication content.
- Assist with internal campaigns and practical coordination tasks (deadlines, uploads, tracking, follow-up).
- Support simple video tasks (subtitles, uploading, preparing files).
- Handle ad hoc communication tasks and take responsibility for small assignments from brief to delivery.
- Conduct light research to support stories, posts and internal projects.
- Prepare drafts, gather assets and help organise content for ongoing communication activities.
- Maintain structure in shared folders, content libraries and small workflows.
- Coordinate small administrative tasks such as distributing updates, preparing overviews and ensuring documentation is up to date.
Who you are:
We are looking for a self-driven student worker who brings fresh ideas, curiosity and the energy to get things done. Someone who wants to grow their communication skills while contributing to real work that matters across EG.
- A student within communication, journalism or a related field.
- Strong in clear and digital writing.
- Curious about social media and organisational communication.
- Highly structured and reliable in your way of working.
- Detail-oriented and good at following up to ensure delivery.
- Interested in how communication works in a larger organization.
- Comfortable switching between content tasks and practical, hands-on work.
What's in it for you?
At EG, we believe in giving you responsibility from day one and supporting your growth every step of the way. You’ll be part of a culture built on trust, collaboration and curiosity — with room to learn, laugh and make a real impact.
- Trusted from day one – Be part of a culture shaped by trust, collaboration and equality, where you’re given responsibility from the start.
- Support to grow – Access mentoring, coaching and constructive feedback as part of your development and learning journey.
- Room to develop – Find the space and support to grow – both personally and professionally.
- Flexible setup – Work in a way that respects your studies and adapts to your schedule.
- Informal culture – Join a workplace where there’s always time for a good laugh – even on the busiest days.
- Career opportunities – Deepen your skills, explore new paths and shape your future career.
We look forward to hearing from you!
