Your new role
Your overall objective is to assist in the development of new 3D models and the execution of simulation tasks to optimize our production. Your daily tasks will be very varied and include:
- Developing 3D models for our simulations
- Stakeholder interactions to obtain relevant information and scoping of tasks
- Developing and executing
- Developing and implementing of projects that will contribute to larger initiatives
- Prototyping, testing and coordination of projects together with the team
Practicalities:
- Internship period: 5-6 months
- Start: January/February/March 2025.
- Working hours: Flexible, minimum 30 hours per week
- Internships are renumerated if your educational track allows
- A Danish full-time work permit is required

Your skills and qualifications
- Currently studying within the field of Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other relevant fields.
- A team player who is outgoing and eager to search for opportunities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- An analytical and innovative mindset with an interest in complex technical problems
- Knowledge of CAD systems like SolidWorks, AutoDesk Inventor, Catia, and/or Creo
- Understanding of computational fluid mechanics
- Knowledge of CFD software such as Siemens STAR-CCM+ or Ansys Fluent or other commercial software
- Knowledge of aseptic production and GMP is an advantage but not a requirement.
Your new department department
You will be a part of Modelling and Simulation in Aseptic Manufacturing Science and Technology, Product Supply. You will be working alongside a small team of experienced CFD engineers, providing you with valuable opportunities to learn and grow. The team's mission is optimize our aseptic production and ensure patient safety through simulations. We guarantee that you will be exposed to exciting challenges and development opportunities. We are also focusing on a very strong and comprehensive onboarding. Our team is welcoming and inclusive to interns and student assistants, where our experienced members are eager to help you expand your skillset.
You will primarily be working at the Novo Nordisk facilities in Lyngby
