About the Role & Team
We are looking for a Finance Analyst (Student Assistant) to join our Finance Team. In this role, you’ll manage billing, invoicing, and month-end tasks, gaining hands-on experience with core finance operations in a growing SaaS company.
You’ll be part of a specialised Finance team working closely with Customer Success, Operations, and external partners. The team values ownership, structure, and a proactive mindset, and you’ll report directly to the Head of Finance and have close day-to-day collaboration across the organisation.
What you will do
- Manage our billing platform and own our invoicing process
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries
- Drive our collections processes and follow up with customers
- Assist in month-end and closing processes, including financial reporting and accounting tasks
- Support the Head of Finance with ad-hoc analysis and reporting
- Participate in other finance & operations-related matters as needed
What you bring
- Studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, International Business, Analytics or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets
- High level of attention to detail and a structured approach to tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional fluency in English (Danish is not required)
- Able to work 15-20 hours per week from our office
Practicalities
- Salary: DKK 155/hour for Bachelor’s students and DKK 175/hour for Master’s students
- Office location: Skelbækgade 2, 2nd floor, 1717 Copenhagen V

Our recruitment process
