To support the execution of COWI’s strategy and accelerate transformation initiatives across the organisation, we are looking for a Student Assistant to join our Transformation & Innovation Office. You will be part of a team working closely with senior stakeholders and colleagues across Business Lines, Business Development and Business Partner functions. Together, we support strategic growth and help strengthen and streamline the organisation to enable further investments in people, technology and innovative solutions.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting clear and compelling strategic presentations for senior management
- Conducting desk research, market analysis and data processing for reporting and KPIs
- Supporting key stakeholders across the organisation in collaboration with the Transformation team
- Simplifying complex topics into concise and impactful messaging

The first step to success in this role is that you enjoy collaborating with others and are motivated by learning and development. You approach tasks with curiosity, take ownership of your work and contribute positively to the team environment.
On top of that, you will have:
- Ongoing enrolment in higher education within business, economics, innovation, political science or a related field
- Preferably 2–3 years remaining of your studies
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to develop your potential
- Availability to work 15–20 hours per week with flexibility around exams and studies
- A team-oriented mindset and appreciation for a positive and social work culture
