Product Data Assistant (Student Assistant)

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
You will join our two talented Product Data experts and support them with several tasks that require precision, structure, punctuality and mental agility. Among others, the main tasks will include:

• Upload data to our systems (Centric PLM, ERP, Google Sheets)
• Coordinate information flow across departments
• Upload info and pictures to B2B order platform (WeTransfer, JOOR)
• Maintain and ensure a smooth interaction among the systems in scope
• Handle last-minute data changes
• Other ad hoc tasks and reports
  

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• Studying a relevant field (supply chain, business, etc)
• Strong English fluency level, communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Good at working with deadlines (flexible for weekend work)
• Flair for working in modern and legacy IT systems
• A plus, but not mandatory, some experience from fashion cycle/supply chain.
• Able to work 15-20 hours per week
