Core Responsibilities
Are you passionate about marketing, communications, and creating engaging people experiences? Join us as a Student Worker for LEGO U, where you'll play a key role in bringing our global roadshows and campaigns to life!
- Creative Campaign Development: Collaborate on creating captivating communication assets like videos, posters, emails, LEGO U Sharepoint Page and Viva Engage posts. Your creativity will help us reach colleagues and people leaders effectively.
- Global Roadshow Support: Be part of the dynamic team that plans, organizes, and executes LEGO U roadshows across various hubs and sites. Dive into logistics and event management, ensuring each roadshow is a memorable experience.
- Community Management: Take charge of the LEGO U Community on a daily basis. Foster interaction, engagement, and a sense of belonging among members.

This role is part of the Engagement and Enablement team, within the Talent area. Working on LEGO U – the LEGO Group’s approach to skills and development, this role is integral to the broader LEGO Group by driving adoption of LEGO U. By supporting the global LEGO U roadshows and campaigns, this role helps create a cohesive and informed community. The insights gleaned from data analysis directly contribute to refining how we drive adoption and engagement, ensuring we understand what works and what could be even better.

Do you have what it takes?
- It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
- You are currently pursuing a relevant degree within Marketing, Internal Communications, or Human Resources (Talent).
- You are excellent in English, both oral and written.
- Content Creation: You have proficiency in creating digital assets and SharePoint sites (videos, posters, emails and Viva Engage).
- Event Planning and Management: You have experience in organizing and executing events.
- Community Management: You have experience in managing communities.
- Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: You have the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: You have a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: You have a strong ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Data Analysis: You have the ability to analyze and present data insights visually.
