Core Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations within the Trade & Market Development Team
- Support team members on ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and compiling reports
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
- Help create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures
- Collaborate with other interns and staff to complete assigned tasks and project
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support team objectives

The Trade and Market Development team is at the heart of our sales and performance ambitions for LEGO Education in International markets. We drive the commercial structure, frameworks, capabilities and ambition levels that will see our solutions reaching more classrooms and delighting more teachers and students in international markets. The Trade & Market Development (TMD) team is responsible for all areas of organisational capability, distributor performance, selection and management, market expansion, new business development and revenue growth management.
The Student Worker role is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly professional organisation working with international distributors to make a sustainable impact around the world.
In this role you get to work in the engine room of LEGO Education International on key strategic, commercial and market footprint topics.
Do you have what it takes?
- Currently studying a bachelor's or master's degree in a business, economics, finance or similar.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willing to listen, try new ideas with a test, learn and adjust mentality.
- Fluent English required.
- Excellent team player, influencer and collaborator.
- Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and Power-point.
Nice to have:
- Languages and international experience.
- Flexible, resilient and adaptable.
- A can-do attitude and a curiosity to learn more about the sales function and how other areas of the business work.
