Student assistant for a rental/logistics company in Ballerup

We’re a furniture rental and design company serving the events industry, with 31 locations across nine countries.
The place of work is in Ballerup, roughly a 10-minute commute from Malmparken Station.
The position is 20 hours per week, spread over three to four days.
Occasional work from home is possible, but not as a regular arrangement.
Responsibilities include:
• Handling of client inquiries and requests for proposal
• Creating furniture floorplans in a 3D application
• Updating our furniture catalog (Canva)
• Preparing meeting rooms (coffee, notepads, etc.)
• Various personal assistant tasks
• Keeping the office tidy (not cleaning)
• Physical work at the warehouse can occur, but will be rare
Requirements:
• Your flexibility in scheduling work hours but based on a fixed weekly schedule somewhere between 9-17.
Because the events industry often operates outside standard business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m.), occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekend availability will occur.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or from a hospitality-related educational program is not required, but it would be a definite advantage
• Language skills:
- English (min. 4/5)
- German is not required, but it's an advantage
