If you are eager to learn from the best, we look to hire a student assistant for Device Hardware at Demant in Smørum
You will become part of our HW Development department, mainly working within the field of mechanics.
This position offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various functions within our organization.
These tasks could be e.g.
- mechanical inspections in RQM (requirement database)
- designing test fixtures in Creo for product quality inspections
- acting as an extra resource for concept development tests and mechanical tests
- Responsible for some of the department’s ME equipment e.g. microscopes and photo-documentation set-up.
- Tear down analysis
We are looking for someone who can work on average 8-12 hours per week at our office in Smørum. We are flexible around exam periods and allow working from home if tasks allow it. You can look forward to an exciting position where you can develop your skills alongside your studies. You will support agile teams (we work in SAFe) as well as a mechanical shared service team.
Qualifications and Mindset
• You have interest in understanding mechanical design processes
• You know how to work with a CAD system (we use CREO)
• Curious and highly engaged to learn new things
• Analytical and self-driven
