ABOUT THE JOB
Ready to build actual AI stuff that makes a real difference, and not just slide‑deck buzzwords? As our AI & Integration Assistant (15-20 hours weekly), you will join our passionate IT family and work closely with IMPACT’s Group Director for IT. Work will be carried out from our Aarhus office, alternatively our Copenhagen office.
It is very simple, your main mission will be: supercharge our internal workflows with AI. At IMPACT, we have got no shortage of ideas, but execution is where the magic happens. Thus, now we just need someone hyped to turn all the ideas into real tools, automations, bots, and integrations. That someone might be you.
You will dive into system integration, connecting our internal platforms (Identity, HR, Finance, Time Registration, etc.) so data flows instantly and effortlessly, no more manual pain.
And if you are into building cool employee-facing stuff, there is also opportunities in creating an employee cockpit: a customizable dashboard where people can see exactly what they need to do and when. Think of it like this: data → powers AI → powers dashboard → empowers employees. A beautiful loop.

YOUR PROFILE
You genuinely love building software, not just coding but creating smart, efficient solutions. You cannot hold yourself back from exploring how new technologies, such as AI, can create real impact. You think quickly, share your curiosity, act proactively, and communicate clearly. Basically, you are near the top of your class (or could be but you are too busy coding cool stuff).
We are looking for someone crazy passionate about AI, development, and crafting solutions that people actually use. Plus, you are someone who:
- Is already really good at vibe-coding using tools like Claude or Cursor - knowing both their superpowers and their landmines.
- Can independently tackle a problem without needing constant direction.
- Has coded for at least 2 years (hobby projects totally count).
- You are fluent in both Danish and English and can communicate clearly.
Once you become fluent in our tech stack and have shipped a couple of AI wins, we will give you the freedom to roam the organisation, spot opportunities on your own, and scope out new AI projects that you believe will make the biggest impact.
At last, we are looking for someone who brings good vibes, teamwork, and solid craftsmanship to IMPACT. Prior relevant work experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Show us we need you and your capabilities, and this could totally be your first student job.
