Student assistant for Education, Youth and MHPSS

We are currently seeking a student assistant to join our team, where we provide technical support and manage global programs on education, youth engagement and Mental Health and psychosocial support funded by Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Education Cannot Wait, foundations and private sector.
You will be part of our International Education, Youth engagement and MHPSS team in international department.

The position is 15 hours a week, preferably 2 / 3 days a week subject to availability.
YOU WILL
- Support and work with our senior advisors with tasks related to the international programmes on education, Youth and MHPSS
- Support our team with compliance tasks
- Support the team in managing and documenting the global programs
- Support preparation and logistics of conferences and other events
- Perform ad hoc tasks for the team such as tasks related to compliance, proposal development, donor reporting and support with developing communication and visibility materials
- Support our work with youth groups in an EU program
YOUR PROFESSIONAL & PERSONAL PROFILE
We expect you to have:
- Knowledge of international development and/or humanitarian interventions.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in written and spoken English, French is an advantages
- Experience performing various types of document and data analysis.
- Confidence in working with Excel
- Strong Microsoft skills and familiarity with using PowerPoint and other presentation programs, infographics, and layouts.
- Be enrolled in a relevant bachelor or master's programme with at least 1½ years remaining until expected graduation
- Experience working with youth engagement as an advantage
As a person you must be systematic and solution-oriented, with an independent drive and with strong collaboration skills.
TERMS
The position is 15 hours a week, and can be ajudsted according to your studies. Working hours are planned in collaboration with your managers, so it can be planned according to teaching and exams. The position is paid in relation to our collective agreement.
