Join GN Market Access team, which is part of the Corporate Quality department, as a Student Assistant, where your contributions will play a vital role in securing worldwide Medical Device product registrations.
This opportunity is designed for students in the early years of their Medical Market Access or Communication education, who are looking to gain practical experience with product registration in a Medical Device Company. You will act as an important support for our Market Access Leads & Specialists supporting the team with a variety of Market Access tasks, with the possibility to get responsibility for specific tasks.
The Team you will be part of:
Our team is responsible for worldwide Medical Device product registrations in close co-operation with relevant global and local stakeholders. We collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, from subsidiaries, distributors, product management and R&D teams, ensuring product approvals with focus on time to market. As part of our team, you'll find a supportive environment that values a good and fun working environment, teamwork, and the contribution of every team member.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Gather technical file documentation per country requirements on our portfolio of products.
- Create statements for signing and prepare documents to be legalized.
- Prepare documents for shipment of products.
- Upload documents to our PLM system and SharePoint Site.
- Reach out to various stakeholders for information.
- Assist with various miscellaneous tasks as needed to support the team.
To thrive in the role, we Imagine that you:
- Are currently in the early stages of your education, focused on e.g. Medical Market Access or Communication.
- Have knowledge of EU MDR, ISO 13485
- Have experience in interacting with different stakeholders.
- Are detail-oriented and structured.
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Have the ability to acquire new skills and knowledge rapidly.
