Your new role
As our student helper, you'll collaborate with us on various tasks related to support and maintain a laboratory running. Your student job will be based in our laboratory in Måløv, a truly great place to work. Practicalities:

• Student job period: unlimited

• Working hours: One day per week (7.5 hours)

• Start Date: March 2026

• A Danish full-time work permit is required

This student job is an excellent position to get insights into the Pharmaceutical Industry and expand your network. But also, to search for a possible future bachelor/master project. Please note that as a student helper you must be enrolled at a university through the entire period. The working hours are fixed between 08 to 16, one day per week. This is required as the main tasks require you to work closely with our laboratory Technician.

Your new department
Department 318, Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Bioanalysis, is located in CMC Drug Product & Analytical Development, Novo Nordisk A/S, Måløv, Denmark.

We use and optimize bioanalysis to support a range of developing medicines in diabetes, rare diseases and obesity. The department works with cell-based bioassays, enzymatic assays as well as ELISA assays and different molecular biology methods. There are three analytical teams in the department, and you will be assigned to one or more of them.

Your skills and qualifications
You are a student who is currently enrolled in a university program (Bachelor's or Master's level) within the preferred fields of study: Health and Medical Sciences, Pharma, Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• Experience or interest in working in a laboratory as your tasks include filling of goods in the laboratory, reagent preparation, receive of samples together with various ad hoc tasks. Moreover, support to our cell handling and maintenance work.

• Strong independently capabilities, flexible and service-minded attitude together with a structured mindset for ad hoc tasks

• Thorough with a focus on safe marking and handling of sample material including reagents

• Proficiency in both spoken and written Danish and English

• Good collaborative and communication skills

• Works independently, interdisciplinary and structured with a flexible and service-minded attitude.

Preference (nice to have):

• Familiarity with IT tools, such as SharePoint and Office 365

• Insights and/or flair for biological assays, mammalian cell culture handling, data analysis and statistics.
