Are you a student with an interest in IT, service management, and agile ways of working?
We are looking for two Student Assistants to join TDC NET – Applications & Architecture as part of our Service Assurance team, located in Copenhagen and Aarhus. You will become part of a professional IT environment supporting development teams and users in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) setup, working closely with a Product Owner, Scrum Master, developers, and supporters. This role gives you practical experience with enterprise IT systems and a large-scale IT transformation.

About the job
As a Student Assistant in Service Assurance, you will:

• Support users and stakeholders through our mailbox, helping answer and solve their issues
• Assist the Product Owner and Scrum Master in a SAFe setup
• Help coordinate tasks and follow up on requests across teams
• Work with multiple ITSM systems, including ServiceNow
• Support documentation, process improvements, and operational activities
• Collaborate with colleagues based in Denmark, in an international setup
• Be part of a distributed team across Copenhagen and Aarhus

About you
We expect that you:

• Are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme (e.g. IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Business IT, or similar)
• Have an interest in IT operations, service management, and agile development
• Are structured, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple systems
• Communicate well in English
• Danish fluency is a big plus, as you will support Danish stakeholders
• Are comfortable collaborating in an international setup

Experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, or agile frameworks (SAFe) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
