Welcome to End-user support
You’ll be part of the Digital Device Support team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage various IT support tasks essential to our operations. As a team, we prioritise collaboration and a supportive work environment to deliver exceptional service.
You’ll play an important role in:
- distribution of end-user equipment and leaver tickets, and ensuring timely resolutions
- performing lighter onsite support tasks
- ad-hoc task regarding preparation of equipment
- stock handling andd geberal stock handling
To succeed in the role, you:
- are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme
- possess strong organisational skills, pay attention to detail and have a thorough work style
- have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
- have a basic understanding of IT equipment and support processes, or equivalent experience
- are proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
- are eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges.
