You will join a international team of six colleagues across Denmark and India, working closely with leaders and P&O colleagues to enable data-driven decisions that support our business strategy and people agenda.
The Role & Your Impact
As a Data Science Student Assistant, you will support advanced analytics initiatives that help improve how we attract, develop, and retain talent. You will work alongside experienced data professionals, giving you a strong platform to learn and grow.
In this role, you will:
- Support development of advanced analytics use cases (e.g., recruitment, DE&I, operating model)
- Work with data pipelines and datasets using Python and/or SQL
- Contribute to transforming data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Assist in reporting and tracking P&O KPIs for senior leadership
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts on ongoing projects
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Currently studying within Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
- Solid experience with Python and/or SQL for data manipulation
- Strong data awareness and structured problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with a positive and curious approach to learning
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
- Interest in HR, People Analytics, or organizational data
- Experience with data visualization or reporting tools
- Familiarity with statistical or machine learning methods
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in writing a thesis in collaboration with Novonesis
