Would you like to turn your interest in AI into practical experience and help colleagues across Danish Crown use new technology in their everyday work?

BEAT is part of Danish Crown’s Strategy & Transformation Office. We own the AI strategy for the group and work across the business to make AI useful in everyday work.

Join us as a business-oriented student worker and support AI adoption through reliable AI usage data, practical training and business-focused AI solutions. You will work approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility around your studies. The position is based in Randers, with easy public transport access from Aarhus.

About the role
Your first priority will be keeping AI adoption data, dashboards and licence administration accurate and easy to maintain. This foundation helps BEAT scale AI adoption across Danish Crown.

You will also support training and AI use cases. As your experience grows, you can contribute to Copilot Agents, Power Automate solutions and other vibe-coded solutions. You do not need to be a technical specialist from day one, but you should be keen to learn and experiment.

Your impact and key responsibilities are:

• Maintain AI adoption data and dashboards and support a sustainable reporting process
• Support AI licence administration and follow-up on adoption activities
• Analyse usage data and translate it into clear insights for the BEAT team
• Help plan and deliver AI training and enable colleagues to apply AI in practice
• Support AI use cases from exploration through testing and implementation

How you create impact and drive collaboration
You already use AI in your studies, work or personal projects and enjoy testing new ways to solve problems. You are comfortable working with data and structure, and you can communicate clearly with colleagues across the business.

Your specific field of study is less important than your interest in the connection between business, technology, data and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate would:

• Be enrolled in a relevant higher education programme and able to work approximately 15–20 hours per week
• Already use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar
• Be interested in data, dashboards and the processes behind adoption and decision-making
• Be structured, self-directed and comfortable taking responsibility for recurring tasks
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
• Have experimented with an AI workflow, automation, dashboard or Copilot Agent; this is an advantage, not a requirement

You will learn from the BEAT team, take on more responsibility over time and build experience with Copilot Agents and Power Automate. For the right candidate, the position can become a long-term development path towards a future role in BEAT.
