Analyst assistant

After graduation I became the member of an equity firm in Eastern Europe as an Analyst assistant. During this position I had a grasp on real world finance. I understood how investment decisions are taken, how the investment projects are developed and undertaken from scratch as well as acquisitions and other form of investments. Became resistant to project deadlines, became accustomed how to handle stakeholders relationships which is very important part of any work. Got the ability to extract the necessary information in the right form from relevant data. I had the experience of a lot of team work, where the success of your colleague is your success also and vice versa. During different projects had the possibility to travel a lot across Europe. This experience gave more understanding in how important is to take into considerations the cross-cultural differences in international business and how this can impact dramatically the success of an international business project.
