I chose this education, because I want to make a difference and help people in every way I can. I'm especially interested in the fields of neurology and psychiatry (specially the later one). Besides studying medicine, I also have a huge passion for entrepreneurship and tech innovation. In order to cultivate these interests of mine I have since the age of 11 read a lot about entrepreneurship, innovation and business. In addition, I have gained experience with simple HTML and CSS and gained a basic knowledge and understanding of web programming.

My ultimate goal in life is to take part in the exponential technological growth and along with others devise ideas for products or concepts that can benefit all humans and secure better health care for everyone. I'm a huge supporter of artificial intelligence and the idea, that humans and machines can work together to make the World a better place especially in relation to health care.

Mentor/tutor

MentorDanmark

Currently working as a mentor/tutor in various subjects at both primary and secondary level (from 1st grade material to A-level courses), including mathematics, Specialised Study Projects (SRP), physics, chemistry, biology, history, danish, English and written assignments in general. My job also consists of me guiding and inspiring these young students in educational contexts, which I gain great pleasure and experience from.

By working as a mentor I have gained:
  • Experience with differentiated teaching and adapting to different personality types.
  • Experience with collective teaching and maintaining an authoritarian role as a teacher (leadership).
  • Experience with special students struggling with mental disorders, learning disabilities and stuttering etc.
  • Experience in handling work under harsh and stressful environments.

    • MentorDanmark is Denmark's largest provider of private tutoring and homework assistance for students in primary and secondary schools. The concept behind MentorDanmark is that the most talented top grade students are recruited and trained to support and educate primary and secondary school students professionally and personally through individually composed 1-to-1 tuition courses.

    • In addition, I was also assigned the role of closing the department. The one responsible for closing is the person in charge and therefore the one responsible for the younger/newer employees. Being given a form of leadership-role in such a young age has been a positive and educational experience for me.
