Duties: create purchase orders according to purchase requisitions (SAP) ? send them to the suppliers ? review inventories and orders as required (SAP and EVERY ANGLE) ? interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis ? review deliveries against the orders ? change/delete orders according to change in demand ? track the orders status ? manage non-supplied, under/over orders and damaged goods (warehouse, production, quality check) ? collate the invoices and send for payment ? manage any needed procurement activities including RFP’s (Request For Proposals).
